I teach non-technical teams how to actually use AI · Workshops & courses

Anthropic shipped Claude Sonnet 5 this morning, and the people who should care most are the ones who'll never read the release notes. I teach accountants, recruiters, and ops managers how to use AI. The thing that breaks them isn't capability — it's trust. A model that's brilliant 80% of the time but quietly wrong the other 20% is unusable when you're pasting a client contract into it. That's the real story here. Each jump in a model like this isn't about flashier demos. It's about the boring stuff getting reliable enough that a non-technical person can lean on it without becoming a part-time fact-checker. My honest take: this won't make your AI work for you. It raises the ceiling, not the floor. If your prompts are vague and your process is messy, a better model just gives you more confident garbage, faster. So treat today as permission to retry the workflow you gave up on three months ago — the one that was almost good enough. It might clear the bar now. What's the task you abandoned that you're about to dust off?
