Explain how a modern AI model like Claude actually works — from how it's trained to what happens in the moment it answers your question — to a smart, curious person who has never written a single line of code.

Rules: roughly 450-550 words. Plain language. Use concrete analogies that actually hold up under scrutiny (no hand-waving). Build intuition, don't just define terms — and never leave a piece of jargon unexplained. It should make a non-technical reader genuinely understand the thing, not just nod along.

Then typeset it as a single self-contained HTML explainer page: a clear title and one-line dek, a readable column, section subheads, and at least one simple inline SVG diagram that genuinely aids understanding (e.g. how a prompt flows through the model). All CSS in a <style> tag, no external fonts or libraries. Return only the HTML.
