How it works
We run every model through seven public leaderboards, then blend the numbers with a highly proprietary algorithm and the taste of our team of experts into one honest ranking.
The proprietary algorithm is real. It exists, it runs, it weighs things. The team of experts is mostly one guy with strong opinions and a spreadsheet he refuses to show anyone.
The result is a single number per model that nobody can game, because nobody knows exactly how we got it. Including, on some days, us.
