Build a playable Minecraft clone

Build a tiny but genuinely playable first-person voxel world that runs in the browser. Requirements: a small terrain of grass/dirt/stone blocks, mouse-look (pointer lock on click), WASD movement, and the ability to break and place blocks with left/right click. Use Three.js via CDN. Keep performance smooth. Return one self-contained HTML file. Output only the HTML.
